Over the holidays B's little boyfriend Carter celebrated numero uno! His mama did an exceptional job crafting for his special day so I thought I would give some of you boy mama's out there some eye candy. She focused on creating a "blue ombre" effect throughout the house and it turned out fabulous! Hoping this inspires you for your next bash!
