Mountain High Yoghurt is the perfect base for our fruit pops and the
adults kids love them! With three ingredients: bananas, strawberries, and yoghurt, this is an easy recipe that's not jammed with refined sugars.

One cup of Yoghurt, 2 bananas, and 1 cup of frozen organic berries. |

Fill up your fruit pop maker. We got ours from World Market. |

Wait for 10 minutes...and presto! |
