Haha, love the steps! What'd you guys plant? I used to container garden a few things, but our house now has a built in bed. It's just need some major TLC, not sure we'll get to it this year since we are focusing on our draining issues and getting real grass growing instead. And how does your drip system work?

DeleteWe planted mostly bush and container varieties of tomatoes because we planted in pots. We've had really good luck with sweet 100 and other varieties of cherry tomatoes. The bigger the tomato, the more likely that Bella or bugs will get to it before we do. We also planted yellow and red bell peppers.
ReplyDeleteThe drip works off of a sprinkler riser and is a single head with 8 drip lines coming out which can be turned on or off as needed. Hope this helps!

Awesome!! We did some potted plants last year. Peppers and strawberries mainly. I'd love to set up cages and grow some more things this year. What all did you plant?
