I'm definitely a novelty girl. I love all things unique to holiday seasons. Easter Funfetti cupcakes? Yes! gingerbread lattes at Christmas? Done! Likewise I also enjoy baking things that I love in the off season. Hence the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies I made here. They are one of my family's favorites that I make and since I had some left over pumpkin filling from Thanksgiving (hey the stuff never expires) I decided to indulge myself.
You need baking soda, baking powder, flour, nutmeg, salt...
...pumpkin puree, vanilla, sugar, eggs, butter, and chocolate chips
