The sneaky little fox is everywhere lately! I'm sure this all stems from the you tube sensation: What does the fox say? It is the silliest video ever but it makes me laugh every time and then proceeds to stay in my head all day... (ring a ding ding). This foxiness has made its appearance in the form of nursery decor and home decor, both of which I find pretty adorable. Here are my latest obsessions:

I bought the wooden fox at Target yesterday and have big plans to spray paint that baby gold. It would look mighty cute on my entry table. I did not however come up with this idea on my own...but this girl did! And I love it!

We have lots of family coming in to town this weekend so we're jam packed full of fun things to do. My brother and his wife just bought a house here and we're beyond excited to be so close to them now. I see cousin play dates in our future asap!

And a big happy birthday to my BFF Diana! I love you! 29 looks good on you. ;)

Halloween is just around the corner...are you ready? Since we call Blair "little B" she is going to be exactly that...a little bee. :) That means I'm going to be a ladybug and Matt's going to be a "bug catcher/net." I actually made a black and yellow tutu for B and attached some pipe cleaners to a headband for "feelers." I purchased a plain black leotard and leggings and voila. She's buggy.

My wings are the same as hers except for a lady bug. I plan on making a similar headband and just wearing black pants and a red shirt. Easy. And a lot more classy than my college costumes... it happens. ;) And until Halloween comes B will be rockin' her jack-o-lantern jammies. :)

ps this was one of my babies when i was little! that explains why it's so creepy looking!

Now that Blair is practically 20 months (November 4) I'm finally getting around to posting her 19 month update! I just love the little girl that she is turning into. She absolutely melts my heart and I really can't kiss her enough. The time that we spend together every day is so precious to me and while she can leave me exhausted I wouldn't trade her for anything! One of my favorite things is when she gives me kisses without me asking and when she runs to me when I pick her up from Bible study. We're in Love!

I took a walk down memory lane this weekend while visiting my BFF's and college roomies, Diana and Kelly. It's always SO good to hang out and laugh about old times in college along with making new memories. I'm so blessed to have such awesome girlfriends!

Today I leave to go to San Jose for the weekend to visit my BFFs and college roomies, Diana and Kelly. I am BEYOND excited but sad to leave my Little behind. I'm sure she will have a great time with Dada this weekend riding bikes, watching football, and taking long naps. Thanks M for letting me enjoy some me time with friends!

Ahhh yesterday was so amazingly Fall! I loooved the rain that we got and the cool temperature. You better believe I busted out my boots and rain jacket before you could say "tomorrow it's gonna be summer again." I took full advantage of that weather and turned on our fire, (Yes, I said turned on. It's gas. Lame.) poured me some hot cider (by that I mean turned on the Keurig), and watched Walking Dead on Netflix.

I excitedly dressed Blair up in her warmest fleece jacket for my morning jog and voila! Instacute! She later rocked her jammies and slip on shoes (that she demo-ed in the grass) in the backyard pre-rain.
