I'm praying so hard for you. I just found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago and am now in the throes of morning sickness and all that fun stuff and I so badly want you to be on this little journey along with me - even if it's only through your blog! (Although, I hope you're spared the morning - all day -sickness!) You've got this, girl. My friend did IVF 3 times and on the third time, she got pregnant with her daughter. 2 years later, and she's pregnant again - so stay positive and just know how many people are thinking of you and praying for you - even those of us who don't "know" you! It resulted in our beautiful baby girl who is now just over 3. Praying for you and sending happy sticky baby thoughts. Your cheerfulness and hope in God is outstanding and I love it! Sorry to say that it didn't work for us but I truly, truly believe everything happens for a reason. And I have two little miracles from cycle #2 to prove it!

As for bed rest, that's exactly what I did in cycle #1. But for cycle #2, my RE presented me with some research that suggested that normal activity is more beneficial than limited activity and that's just what I did. I went on long walks for exercise and just carried on as I normally did. I guess take that for what it's worth but it certainly didn't hurt me!

Good luck to you. This is so hard. Keep the faith...there is a huge cyber community pulling for you! xoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7217085991506427800.post-49765888199032459082015-11-20T07:32:29.092-08:002015-11-20T07:32:29.092-08:00Love the encouraging stories--it's amazing how...Love the encouraging stories--it's amazing how people come into our lives at just the right time and how sweet is B?! I was never given such a firm calendar so I could never do a round in a month when I actually wanted to make definite plans. Coming from someone who's done 6 egg retrievals, it can be scary to go under but it really isn't that bad. I only had one time that I woke up shivering and took longer to recover and one time that it was more painful afterwards. One time I was back to normal that very night. But the bed rest after the transfer is very important in my opinion. And I always did lots of acupuncture around it... It really can help! We are now at the point that we've given up, but definitely don't lose hope yet, this is the beginning of your Ivf journey! Here's to hoping the holidays can provide a nice distraction!
